Which movements are used?: From the historical movement of the old masters and unused movements from the period of 1940 to 1980 up to new modern movements are used by Timekeeper Chronometry Germany.

Can complicated movements be used?: Even complicated movements are used in our watches!
Can you repair my movement?: We can carry out complex repairs in our workshop and if neccessary, we can also reproduce various parts.
Do I have to hand in a movement?: We give you the opportunity to hand in your own historical movement. But you can also use our own stock of historical and modern movements.
How do I find the right movement for me?: Based on your needs and wishes, we will work together to find the right movement for you!

Can I get appliques?: We also offer appliques and we can use them for your dial.

How do I find my own design?: We can help you with existing designs and we create your dial together with you.
Can I get my own dial design?: Sure! We can produce exactly the dial you want.

Can I design my own watch hands?: Yes, if requested we can implement your own design.
Do you use blued steel-hands?: Yes, the hands of our unique watches are made of blued steel.

Can I get individual engravings?: Yes, we can provide the engravings you want.

Can I get a glass-bottom?: All the Timekeeper watches with historical movements are equipped with glass-bottoms.

Which case-styles are available?: You can make use of our existing case-styles. It is also possible to create your desired case.
Which materials are used?: Many materials are used in case construction. Steel and titanium, but also gold and platinum can be realized by Timekeeper Chronometry Germany!

Can I beset my watch with gemstones?: Yes, a finishing with gems is always possible.

Can I refine my Timekeeper watch?: Yes, we provide several refinements and decorations. Guilloch, bicoloured gold plating and technical refinements are possible.

Can I choose my watchstrap?: Yes. We have big stock of straps in different coloures and materials. Just ask us.

Which documents do I get for my watch?: Your watch comes with the official invoice, certificate of authenticity and the original Timekeeper storage box.
How long is the warranty?: Your Timekeeper watch has 2 years of warranty!

I am not sure with the design. Can you help me?: We can help you with several product examples. Your watch will be plotted and we start the production after we get your clearance.
I am a layman. Can you help me to choose the right movement?: Yes, we provide a professional advice according to your own requirements.
What quantities do you provide?: Unique and single pieces can be produced as well as in series.

How do I receive my watch?: You can pick up your new Timekeeper in peson. If desired we can also offer you our insured shipping!
When do I have to pay my watch?: Custom-made oders are payable 50% in advance when we get your order. The difference is due after completion, before delivery.
How long does it take to manufacture my UNIQUE?: We have a delivery time of 12 weeks for normal 3-hands-watches. But it always depends on effort and movement and will be communicated on request!
